With a small staff, our foundation is built on service and the dedication of our volunteers who give their time, not to us but to the many clients that we service each day. The majority of our clients are drivers who serve an important role, but before the meals can get to our clients they are prepared and packed in each morning in our office.
One of our youngest volunteers, Raichl
Our youngest and one of our most dedicated volunteers this year has been 15 year old Raichl, an area high school student. Raichl came to us with the help of her father in the summer looking for an organization to do service with. Her work with Meals on Wheels has been appreciated as helped packed meals, and serve as a great office assistant. Not only did Raichl donate her time during the summer months but she comes to us, each school holiday and is always ready to work. Our November Volunteer of the Month is 15 year old Raichl.
